Processing, Shipping & Delivery Expectations

Processing Times

Orders for accessories (not including wheels) = Same Day (when order is placed before 3pm EST.

Orders for kits, wheels, complete systems and/or batteries = 1-4 Business Days.

The day your order ships you will receive tracking information via email.

Please Note: All batteries are ship separately from MTO Battery in Pennsylvania. Batteries are shipped UPS Ground (SLA) or Fedex Ground Hazmat (Lithium).

Shipping

United States orders - shipped via UPS (over 2 pounds) or USPS (under 2 pounds). We do offer expedited shipping inside the Unites States(Please call for rates).

International orders - shipped via EMS or UPS with 6-10 delivery. Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Rates - All shipping rates are incorporated in to our smart shopping cart system. To calculate shipping for your order simply add items to your cart and you will see a link to "Get Shipping Quote For This Order".

Delivery Expectations - USA

All products with the exception of batteries ship from Lambertville, NJ 08530. Batteries are shipped from Pennsylvania via Fedex Ground Hazmat.

Accessories and small parts are shipped USPS Priority Mail and delivery can be expected in 2-3 business days from the time your order is processed.

Conversion kits, wheels, batteries and larger items are shipped via UPS Ground and delivery can be expected in 1-5 business days from the time your order is processed..
