Processing, Shipping & Delivery Expectations

Processing Times

Orders for stock accessories (not including wheels) = Same Day (when order is placed before 3pm EST).

Orders for kits, wheels, battery packs, accessories and small parts = 1-4 Business Days.

The day your order ships you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping

United States orders - shipped via UPS (over 2 pounds) or USPS (under 2 pounds). We do offer expedited shipping inside the Unites States(Please call for rates).

International orders - shipped via EMS or UPS with 6-10 delivery. Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Rates - All shipping rates are incorporated in to our smart shopping cart system. To calculate shipping for your order simply add items to your cart and you will see a link to "Get Shipping Quote For This Order".

Delivery Expectations - USA

All products ship from Lambertville, NJ 08530.

Accessories and small parts are shipped USPS Priority Mail and delivery can be expected in 2-3 business days from the time your order is processed.

Conversion kits, wheels, SLA batteries and larger items are shipped via UPS Ground and delivery can be expected in 1-5 business days from the time your order is processed.
