E-BikeKit Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction: This agreement ("Agreement") between You and E-BikeKit LLC ("E-BikeKit") consists of: (a) these E-BikeKit Affiliate Program  (the "EBKAP") Terms and Conditions ("EBKAP Terms"); (b) the E-BikeKit Affiliate Program  Policies (the "EBKAP Policies"), located at http://www.E-BikeKit.com/ program-policies.html or such other URL as E-BikeKit may provide from time to time; and (c) the E-BikeKit Affiliate Program Standard Terms and Conditions ("E-BikeKit Online Terms"), located at https://www.E-BikeKit.com/EBKAP_Terms.html or such other URL as E-BikeKit may provide from time to time. "You" means any entity identified in an enrollment form submitted by the same or affiliated persons, and/or any agency or network acting on its (or their) behalf, which shall also be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Your participation in the EBKAP is subject to Your continued compliance with the Agreement. If there is a conflict between the terms, then the EBKAP Terms and the EBKAP Policies shall control over the E-BikeKit Online Terms.  Any reference to the "Program" in the E-BikeKit Online Terms also refers to the EBKAP where appropriate.

  1. A description of the EBKAP, as generally offered by E-BikeKit, is available at the E-BikeKit Affiliate Program URL, located at http://www.E-BikeKit.com/Affiliate_Program or such other URL as E-BikeKit may provide from time to time.
  2. Relationship with E-BikeKit. E-BikeKit may require You to accept and comply with additional terms and conditions ("E-BikeKit Specific Terms"). You agree and acknowledge that E-BikeKit may, in its sole discretion, direct You to immediately cease the display of any E-BikeKit promotional banners or like collateral. Upon receiving such notice in writing (which may be via email), You must immediately remove E-BikeKit related materials from Your Property. In the event that E-BikeKit directs You to cease display of E-BikeKit related materials You may not subsequently display any of that E-BikeKit content directly through the EBKAP or indirectly through another EBKAP account without express written approval from E-BikeKit.

    3. Payment Terms
  1. Adjustments to Commissions: The commissions that are tracked and calculated by the EBKAP system, and that are displayed to You in the EBKAP interface, are preliminary pending adjustments by E-BikeKit and its programmers. E-BikeKit may adjust the commission amount owed to You based on Your compliance with applicable E-BikeKit Specific Terms or for any other reason at the E-BikeKit’s discretion.
  2. Timing of Payment: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the E-BikeKit Online Terms, E-BikeKit shall pay You within thirty (30) days after the end of the month in which E-BikeKit has received the relevant payment for all affiliate related sales, as allocated and determined by E-BikeKit.
  1. Contact Information Disclosure: You agree and acknowledge that Your contact information, including but not limited to Your name and email address, may be made available to E-BikeKit employees via the EBKAP interface.
  2.  Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the parties' entire agreement relating to the EBKAP and terminates and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject (including, without limitation, any and all agreements entered into with E-BikeKit Affiliate Program.
